VAN ANH TRAN (VIVIAN LEE) – Regional Manager, Vietnam; Company Representative

Ms. Vivian Lee is an accomplished Project Manager with over 20 years of experience leading and coordinating complex projects across different sectors. She combines a strong technical background in civil engineering with advanced expertise in strategic project management, administration, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).

She also holds dual Bachelor’s degrees of Civil Engineering and English Studies and an International Executive MBA, complemented by professional training aligned with PMP standards. She previously served as Project Coordinator and M&E Specialist for the World Bank-funded project, acting as the primary contact point with the World Bank, overseeing compliance and progress monitoring.

Before joining TD Building & Inspections, Ms. Vivian Lee held key leadership roles as Project Director and Project Coordinator for several prominent project investors, and also led architecture and interior design functions.

Within TD, Ms. Vivian Lee holds the role of Regional Manager, Vietnam and Company Representative, overseeing all TD operations in Vietnam and managing coordination of design activities, project management, and subcontractor network development.
