TD Building & Inspections Pty Ltd was established on the foundation of the proven capabilities of TD Building & Inspections Sole Trader, whose core expertise in Building & Pest Inspections has been developed and refined a few years of operation.
With the collaboration of Australian experts, Australian-Vietnamese professionals, and a team of highly capable engineers from Vietnam, TD is set to further expand into Building & Pest Inspections, Construction Stage Inspections, Design & Build, Project Management & Consultancy, and Building Certification Services.

Mr. Duc Tuan Le is a Director of TD Building & Inspections Pty Ltd. He is a licensed Open Builder, Building Inspector, Pest Management Technician, and a Professional Engineer accredited by Engineers Australia.
Within TD, Ms. Vivian Lee holds the role of Regional Manager, Vietnam and Company Representative, overseeing all TD operations in Vietnam and managing coordination of design activities, project management, and subcontractor network development.
Mr. Austin N. Le is a highly experienced construction and project management professional with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
At TD, Mr. Austin N. Le is responsible for tendering and procurement, as well as contract development.
Ms. Dung Tran holds a Master of Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Information Technology from the University of Danang. At TD, she is responsible for Marketing Development & Administration.
Mr. Craig Pearson brings over 37 years of experience in the construction industry across Australia, the United States, and Brazil. He possesses extensive expertise in the assessment and reconstruction of flood-damaged residential properties. At TD, he serves in the role of Construction Management, overseeing construction planning, execution, and quality control throughout project delivery.
Mr. Huong Lu has recently completed an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering at Southern Cross University, building upon six years of project and site engineering experience in Vietnam, along with over ten years of business management experience in Australia. At TD Building & Inspections Pty Ltd, he contributes to project coordination and site supervision functions, bringing strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities to support effective project delivery.
