Mr. Duc Tuan Le is a licensed Open Builder, Building Inspector, Pest Management Technician, and a Professional Engineer accredited by Engineers Australia. He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Civil & Structural Engineering and English Studies, as well as three Master’s degrees in Design (Urban Design), Project Management, and Engineering Management from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). He also completed a Diploma in Built Environment & Engineering at QUT.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction and project management industry, Mr. Duc Tuan Le has successfully delivered and supervised major civil, commercial, and residential projects across Australia and Vietnam. His professional background includes senior engineering and project leadership roles at several well-known project investors worldwide.
Since founding TD Building & Inspections, he has led the company in providing comprehensive Client Side Project Management, Building Inspection, and Technical Advisory Services from project inception to handover. His strengths lie in strategic planning, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
He is highly regarded for his analytical thinking, results-oriented management approach, and ability to lead complex projects involving multiple contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
