TD was engaged as the main contractor for the Northcliffe project, overseeing the delivery of façade upgrade works with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with the approved Building Approval.

The project involved the removal of existing balustrades, installation of a temporary height safety system to facilitate safe access, and the installation of new compliant balustrades. As part of the upgrade works, a new waterproof membrane and owner-supplied tiles were also installed, with the tiling carefully finished in line with the new balustrade posts to achieve a clean and precise architectural outcome.

Through close coordination with specialist subcontractors and proactive site management, TD ensured the works were delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high construction standard.
